Nataly García and Andy Little attended the 6th annual Cultural Tourism and City Break Fair at the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos in Málaga.
As the Mayor of Málaga, Franciso de la Torre, highlighted, with a slow down in the economy, fairs and exhibitions like these are more crucial than ever to showcase the travel industry - a vital sector for the Spanish economy.
Most of the major hotel groups and resorts, tourism bodies, regional tourist attractions and leading travel operators where represented, alongside stands promoting specific areas of the country.
As well as seminars on a variety of 'industry-related' subjects, The Cultural Tourism and City Break Fair was a colourful, vibrant day out for the public. With regional tasting menus, wine sampling, Mexican mariachi shows, African dance displays, and hip-hop and street dance workshops to name just some of the highlights, the full programme ensured there really was something for everyone.
